For an upcoming senior management workshop on the value and importance of a great customer service, the task was to devise and create a concise booklet that highlighted why customer experience is vital to the health and growth of the business.

Solution
Working closely with a copywriter to pull-out a selection of key workshop themes that could be enhanced through striking visual metaphors. These were illustrated through geometric shapes that helped simplify the messages and introduce some fun. The final brochure was an interactive experience using unusual pagination and stitching mixed sustainable materials.
